- Registration fee includes event access, course instruction and materials. IFA may offer additional services for this event as detailed in the event’s brochure. This event's brochure can be accessed at franchise.org/events/franchise-operations-conference. IFA will also compile an event registration list, which will include your name, company, job title, business address, phone number and email address provided on this form. The list will be sent to all attendees and event sponsors both before and after the event, who, in accordance with their contracts with IFA, may use this information to contact you about their products, services, and special offers. For questions about our registration list policy or to be removed completely from the registration list, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Franchisor members looking to take advantage of the special $325 additional attendee pricing must register all attendees at the same time. Pricing will not activate unless all attendees are registered within the same transaction.
- Full refunds (minus a $50 administrative fee) will be granted for cancellations received in writing at least 14 days in advance. A 50% refund (minus a $50 administrative fee) will be granted for cancellations received in writing between 7 and 14 days in advance. No refunds are permitted for cancellations requested less than 7 days in advance. The member discount will not go into effect unless all registrations are registered together. If any of the attendees in this package rate cancel, the lower price will be refunded.
